Having spent my formative years in the picturesque waterfront communities of Long Island's North Shore, particularly in Northport and Bayville, I developed a deep appreciation for coastal living. This affinity naturally drew me to South Florida, where I have resided in beautiful waterfront areas such as Deerfield Beach and Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.
