After completing high school, he earned an Associate Degree in Business from Miami Dade College. During this period, JC discovered his affinity for the real estate sector, recognizing an opportunity to merge his business acumen with his teaching background. Since obtaining his real estate license in May 2000, he has achieved significant milestones, including being recognized as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer for 15 consecutive years. In 2001, he founded a successful mortgage company while maintaining a strong focus on real estate sales.
