Judy relocated to Florida in 1996 and obtained her real estate license two years later in 1998. Over the years, she has distinguished herself as an International Realtor, achieving several prestigious designations, including Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), At Home with Diversity (AHWD), and Transnational Referral Certification (TRC).

Since 2016, Judy has been a licensed real estate instructor in Florida. Her leadership roles include serving as President of the REALTORS® Association of the Palm Beaches and Greater Fort Lauderdale (RAPB + GFLR) and as an instructor for the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Code of Ethics.
