Over a decade in the garment industry, she managed all aspects of design, from concept development to marketing and production, overseeing a team of more than twenty employees. Her experience collaborating with various retail chains and private labels honed her skills in creativity, attention to detail, time management, negotiation, and communication—qualities that she now applies to her real estate practice.

Julia is also deeply committed to charitable work. She has been an active member of the National Charity League and has volunteered extensively at her children's schools in the Pasadena area. When possible, she and her family participate in church mission trips together.
