About Julia Rodrigues

With a career that began immediately after high school in 1983, this real estate professional initially honed her skills in customer service at what is now Wells Fargo. She later attended Montclair State University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Economics in 1989. During her time in banking, she advanced to a management training position before transitioning to the financial services sector with a timeshare company in North Jersey. This role eventually led her to Los Angeles, where she specialized in mortgage loans for clients in the entertainment industry, gaining invaluable experience in mortgage services over a two-year period.

Upon returning to New Jersey in 1993, she married a general contractor, and together they purchased, renovated, and sold several properties for profit. While actively involved in real estate, she continued her career in the mortgage industry with a major national bank. In 1994, she obtained her real estate license and spent 12 years with a Century 21 affiliate.

In 2002, she relocated to Florida to raise her son, who was then five years old. For the next decade, she focused exclusively on mortgages, working with notable companies such as Countrywide, Chase, and Bank of America, while also engaging in buying and selling her own properties.

In 2012, she returned to New Jersey to be closer to her family and to pursue her passion for real estate. With a deep commitment to her clients and a wealth of experience, she is dedicated to assisting individuals with all their real estate needs.
