About Julie Oliszewski

**Commitment to Excellence in Real Estate**

Having relocated to Manatee County in 1977, this agent has deep roots in the community, proudly attending public schools in Bradenton and embracing the identity of a Manatee Hurricane. Inspired by her mother, Joan, who successfully established a local business, she began assisting in various capacities, although a career in real estate was not initially on her horizon. In August 2005, she embarked on her real estate journey and has since flourished in the field, taking great pride in collaborating with her mother to build a reputable business.

She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Realtor Association of Sarasota Manatee (RASM), the Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the Manatee County Chamber of Commerce.

Her academic background includes a degree from Georgia Southern University, earned in 1996. She is also a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and has consistently achieved recognition for her performance, including honors in Wagner’s Chairman Circle of Top Producers and multiple awards for sales and listings. For the past three years, she has been distinguished as a Five Star Realtor.

Passionate about her community, she believes that active involvement is essential for enhancing the quality of life in any city. Since 1996, she has been a member of the Phi Beta Psi Sorority, contributing to national, state, and local fundraising initiatives for cancer research. Her commitment extends to Young Life, where she has supported the organization in Manatee County for over two decades. Currently, she serves as the Coordinator for YoungLives Manatee, a mentoring program designed for teen mothers and pregnant teens.

She is dedicated to providing unwavering support throughout the home buying and selling process, ensuring that clients feel guided and informed every step of the way.

**When results matter, her commitment to attitude, goals, and experience sets her apart.**

Manatee County's real estate market represents one of Florida's most dynamic coastal regions, where Gulf Coast luxury meets suburban accessibility. With 7,610 total actively licensed agents serving the area, this market demonstrates remarkable depth and sophistication, reflecting the county's rapid transformation from agricultural heartland to coveted residential destination.

The competitive intensity here is striking—with all 7,610 agents maintaining active email communications, digital engagement drives much of the market activity. This tech-forward approach mirrors the county's evolution, where traditional Florida charm now intersects with modern marketing strategies and data-driven client services.

Major Manatee County, Florida Real Estate Markets

Bradenton anchors the county's real estate activity as the largest city, while Anna Maria Island commands premium pricing for waterfront properties. Sarasota's northern suburbs spill into eastern Manatee County, creating a seamless luxury corridor that includes Lakewood Ranch, one of the nation's top-selling master-planned communities. Palmetto and Ellenton serve growing industrial and logistics sectors, driving commercial real estate demand.

The Parrish area has emerged as a surprising growth engine, transforming from rural farmland into sought-after residential developments. Meanwhile, Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach capitalize on their barrier island locations, creating distinct vacation rental and second-home markets that operate on different seasonal cycles than the mainland communities.

Market Dynamics and Geographic Complexity

Manatee County's real estate landscape defies simple categorization, spanning barrier islands, riverfront properties, suburban developments, and rural acreage within a relatively compact geography. This diversity creates multiple micro-markets, each requiring specialized knowledge—from Anna Maria Island's strict building codes to Lakewood Ranch's community development district regulations.

The county benefits from unique positioning between Tampa Bay's employment centers and Sarasota's cultural attractions, making it a strategic location for buyers seeking lifestyle balance. Recent infrastructure improvements, including the ongoing I-75 corridor enhancements, continue reshaping property values and development patterns across the region.

Why Businesses Need Manatee County, Florida Agent Contact Data

Service providers targeting Manatee County's real estate sector gain access to a highly active agent network where digital communication drives business relationships. With 100% email connectivity among licensed agents, companies can efficiently reach decision-makers across diverse market segments, from luxury waterfront specialists to first-time homebuyer advocates.

The county's robust agent population creates opportunities for mortgage lenders, home inspectors, contractors, and technology providers seeking to establish market presence.
