Julie, a lifelong resident of La Cañada Flintridge, brings eight years of expertise in marketing and media to her real estate career. After earning her degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, she honed her skills at Western International Media, the largest media buying firm globally, and at K*B Toy Stores, a significant player in the retail sector. In her role as a media buyer, Julie developed exceptional negotiation abilities, successfully securing contracts that resulted in substantial savings for her employers.

Residing in La Cañada Flintridge with her husband Jeremy and their two children, Jaden and Jenna, who attend Paradise Canyon Elementary, Julie is deeply committed to her community. Her involvement includes active participation in the La Cañada Junior Women’s Club, the PTA, and serving as a troop leader for the Girl Scouts of America.

Julie began her real estate journey collaborating with her mother on a marketing strategy for the 62-acre Willis Estate. This initiative distinguished Denise from other leading agents, ultimately leading to her securing the listing. Since joining forces with her mother in 1999, Julie has played a pivotal role in more than doubling their business. She is also a proud member of the esteemed Winner’s Circle and serves as an Estates Director.

Together, Julie and Denise are dedicated to supporting La Cañada Flintridge and its educational institutions. They have been Gold Sponsors of the La Cañada Flintridge Educational Foundation (LCFEF) for many years, contributing to various events, including the recent PCY Medieval Faire Fun Run, aimed at funding essential programs and resources. Through the Dilbeck Charitable Foundation, they find joy in giving back to the community they cherish.
