About Julie Livers

Julie Livers relocated to Salt Lake City from the East Coast, via Bozeman, Montana, in 2003 when her husband, Greg, began his surgical residency at the University of Utah. She quickly fell in love with the Avenues, drawn by its charming homes, convenient location, and vibrant community atmosphere. Over the past decade, Julie and Greg have owned two properties in this neighborhood while raising their family, which includes two boys, two dogs, and a beloved cat who is dearly missed. They view Salt Lake City, particularly the Avenues, as their forever home.

Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Education from Hobart & William Smith Colleges. She began her professional journey in education, most recently teaching at Rowland Hall-St. Mark’s School. However, as her family grew, she transitioned to tutoring, realizing she sought a more impactful way to engage with her community.

Her transition into residential real estate has allowed Julie to fulfill that desire, leveraging her analytical skills, commitment to research, and strong work ethic. A natural people person, she diligently tracks market trends and guides her clients through the complexities of the real estate landscape. Julie thrives on the challenge of helping clients—whether first-time buyers or seasoned homeowners—find the ideal property in the right neighborhood at the right price. She is dedicated to meticulously managing every detail to ensure her clients' best interests are represented.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Julie enjoys family adventures and hosting friends at home. She also loves biking and skiing along the Wasatch Front, always on the lookout for real estate opportunities.
