During her tenure, she focused on the Hollywood Hills, West Hollywood, and Los Feliz neighborhoods.

In 2005, Julie relocated to the Ojai Valley, where she took on the role of co-owner and Executive Director of Business Development for a hotel amenities company based in Oxnard, California. This firm provided luxury amenities to hotels across the United States and internationally.
