About Julio Midolo

Dr. Julio Midolo immigrated to the United States at the age of four from Lima, Peru. Raised by a single mother, he learned early on the importance of hard work, commitment, and dedication. These values shaped his character as he navigated his formative years. By his early twenties, he had ascended the corporate ladder, managing a business with annual revenues of $90 million. This experience honed his skills in working within culturally diverse environments and fostered his passion for fashion, service, and interpersonal connections.

In 2003, Dr. Midolo transitioned to a career in real estate. Although this field differed from his previous endeavors, his background in a multicultural setting allowed him to continue engaging with his true passion: helping people.

The 2008 mortgage crisis profoundly impacted Dr. Midolo, as he experienced the challenges of the Great Recession firsthand. Witnessing the lack of resources available to homeowners facing foreclosure, he, like many Americans, faced significant personal losses. However, his education, ambition, and resilience enabled him to rebuild his business, which now advocates for distressed homeowners. His life experiences have equipped him with invaluable insights, allowing him to educate and guide those who need support in preserving their most significant investment.

Currently, Dr. Midolo serves as the sole owner and broker of RE/MAX SKY, located in the greater Los Angeles area. He is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the Southland Regional Association of Realtors, and the Downey Association of Realtors. Additionally, he has held the position of past president on the board of directors for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, MSELA Chapter. Outside of his professional commitments, he is an engaged member of his church and a devoted husband and father to three sons in Northridge, California.

With a keen interest in law, Dr. Midolo has collaborated with a team of in-house affiliate attorneys specializing in probate, estate planning, bankruptcy, and divorce.
