About Justin Allen

Since obtaining his real estate license in Mississippi in 2002, Justin Allen has cultivated a deep expertise in the field. His journey in real estate began with the purchase of his first investment property in 1996, igniting a passion that has led him to acquire and sell over 100 personal investment properties. Justin's commitment to education and community engagement is evident from his tenure as President of the Wealth Builders of South Mississippi Real Estate Investors Association, where he conducted seminars on short sales and strategic deal-making for regional investors.

After a brief departure from real estate in 2009, Justin joined Adams Homes, one of the Southeast's largest new construction home builders. He later reestablished his brokerage, Smart Design Properties, emphasizing a sustainable and innovative approach to new home sales in collaboration with custom builder Elliott Homes. In 2016, he and his wife, Darlene, acquired the rights to launch a real estate franchise focused on a paperless, technology-driven model. They also founded Blue Suede Media, an in-house media company specializing in professional photography, videography, and 3D virtual reality tours for real estate.

In 2017, responding to a need for enhanced networking and educational opportunities, Justin helped revive the local investor group, leading to the formation of MS Coast REIA, which has continued to expand.

In 2019, he established eAgent, with its inaugural office, eAgent Realty, located in Gulfport, Mississippi. This franchise model is designed to empower agents through an open-source virtual software platform while maintaining a local presence for client interactions. The "e" in eAgent signifies Evolution, reflecting the brand's commitment to transforming the real estate landscape.

In September 2020, Justin joined forces with his wife at eAgent Nexus in Ocean Springs, where they collaboratively manage transactions and serve as a beta testing brokerage for new developments under the eAgent brand. He also holds the position of principal broker at this location.
