About Justin Selby

Justin M. Selby, a native of South Jersey, was raised as the eldest of five brothers. His parents instilled in him a strong work ethic from an early age, which became evident through his active participation in sports and his achievement of Eagle Scout status. By the age of 19, he had earned his college degree and embarked on a career in law enforcement, quickly advancing to the rank of Sergeant.

Over the past nine years, Justin has dedicated himself to various aspects of real estate, beginning with a single home renovation that sparked his passion for the field. This initial venture has since expanded into a robust investment portfolio for him and his family. In 2018, he transitioned into real estate sales, where he quickly distinguished himself by excelling in his New Jersey Real Estate Licensing class, ultimately earning the title of New Jersey Licensed REALTOR. Shortly thereafter, he joined Collini Real Estate LLC, marking the beginning of a successful career in real estate. Justin has received the New Jersey Circle of Excellence award for two consecutive years and is poised to achieve this recognition again in 2022.

Having grown up just minutes from the Jersey Shore, it was a natural choice for Justin, along with his wife and two children, to purchase a home in Ocean City, NJ, in 2019.
