Justin “JZ” Ziegler's journey in residential real estate is marked by resilience and a commitment to serving others. Following the economic downturn in 2007, which impacted Atlanta's non-profit sector, JZ transitioned from his role as a development officer at the Southeast's largest AIDS service organization to navigating a new path. He found himself working early morning shifts at a bustling Midtown coffee shop, where he began to build new connections while managing his finances.

Having long been an observer of Atlanta's real estate landscape, JZ saw an opportunity in 2011 when he joined the newly established Common Ground Real Estate team at Keller Williams Realty Metro Atlanta. This role allowed him to leverage his skills and ambition, with the promise of growth and success.

Through diligence and strategic networking, JZ quickly evolved into a full-time REALTOR®. Within a year, he played a pivotal role in relocating the Common Ground team from shared office space to a dedicated storefront in downtown Decatur.
