Kandi is a dedicated real estate professional with deep roots in her community, where she has lived her entire life. With a passion for real estate sales and property management, she co-founded a real estate and property management firm in 2011 before establishing Divine Properties in 2013. Her enthusiasm for the industry is evident in her interactions and commitment to her clients.
Kandi pursued her education at Southern Oregon State University in Ashland, Oregon, where she gained practical experience as an assistant manager at a 160-unit apartment complex. After returning to her hometown of Jackson to raise her family, she reignited her passion for real estate by becoming a licensed Realtor. Kandi balances her professional life with her role as a devoted wife and mother to identical twin daughters. Her husband is employed by the Amador County Unified School District, further solidifying their commitment to the community.
Kandi actively participates in various local organizations, including the ACUSD School Board, and is involved with her church. She also plays in a women’s basketball league and coaches her daughters' basketball team. Her dedication to real estate is matched by her commitment to community service. Kandi has received extensive education in tenant and landlord relations through the Rental Housing Association in Sacramento, earning the California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM) designation from the California Apartment Association.
In addition to her role as a Realtor, Kandi is a member of several professional organizations, including the Rental Housing Association (RHA), California Apartments Association (CAA), Amador County Chamber of Commerce, Amador County Association of Realtors (ACAR), California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the National Notary Association.
