About Kandi Luensmann

Kandi Luensmann’s journey into real estate was not a conventional one. Initially, she built her career as a pharmaceutical sales representative and later as a chemistry teacher at Gatesville High School. However, once she discovered her true passion for real estate, she quickly established herself as a formidable presence in the industry. Since obtaining her real estate license, Kandi has consistently achieved multi-million-dollar production levels each year.

A graduate of the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) in 2014, Kandi further enhanced her expertise by completing the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program in 2016. She remains at the forefront of industry trends and continuously seeks innovative marketing strategies. Committed to giving back to her profession, Kandi currently serves as the President of the Fort Hood Area Association of REALTORS®. Additionally, she holds the position of incoming Vice Chair for the Texas REALTORS® Risk Reduction Committee and the Professional Standards Review Committee. Kandi is also a certified Mediator and Ombudsman for Texas REALTORS® and has contributed to the development of new licensing tests for the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). Recently, she completed certifications in civil mediation and tax arbitration.

Beyond her professional commitments, Kandi is deeply engaged in her community. She is a founding member of the Coryell County Area Go Texan scholarship committee, which has awarded over $150,000 to graduating seniors in Coryell County over the past decade. Kandi has also served on the boards of Keep Gatesville Beautiful, the Coryell County A&M Club, and the Coryell County Economic Development Board.

A proud graduate of Texas A&M University in 1996, Kandi is an avid supporter of Aggie football. In her leisure time, she enjoys camping, traveling, and gourmet cooking. Kandi is the mother of two children: Braden, who is currently studying at Tarleton State University, and Hailey, a student at Texas A&M University.
