About Karen Kimbro

Karen Kimbro embodies a commitment to integrity, diligence, and personalized service in every real estate transaction. Raised in a small New Jersey town, Karen's sales journey began at an early age. At just eight years old, she eagerly participated in her school's annual fundraising drive, relishing the challenge of selling candy bars. While many of her peers hesitated, Karen confidently knocked on her neighbors' doors, a skill she would later apply in her real estate career, which began in 1990.

Throughout her extensive career, Karen has navigated various facets of the real estate industry. As a trailblazer in the role of buyer's agent, she has successfully represented sellers, investors, landlords, and tenants across both residential and commercial markets.

In 1980, Karen relocated to Houston with her husband and their two children. Tragically, she lost her husband in 2004, just four years after founding Karen Kimbro Properties. Despite this challenge, she has remained dedicated to her profession and her community.

In February 2015, Karen established a community group for senior singles, which has received heartfelt appreciation from its members. Many have expressed how difficult it can be to forge new friendships as a single senior, yet Karen has always embraced challenges, a trait she has demonstrated since childhood.

Karen's sales acumen has been shaped by training from industry leaders such as Dale Carnegie, Tom Hopkins, and Danielle Kennedy. She remains committed to professional development, regularly attending real estate seminars, technology courses, and engaging with evolving social media platforms.

With her wealth of experience and proactive approach, Karen addresses potential issues before they arise, ensuring seamless communication throughout every stage of the transaction, from the initial phone call to the closing.
