Karen Spell brings a unique blend of real estate expertise and legal acumen to her role as a broker. Growing up in a family of real estate professionals, she was immersed in the industry from an early age, as both of her parents were brokers who owned and operated their own real estate office.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Florida Southern College and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. Following her graduation from law school, she managed the real estate division of a prominent law firm before establishing her own real estate title agency. Over the course of more than twenty years in private practice, she honed her skills in communication, organization, and client relations, ultimately selling her agency to relocate to North Carolina.

Her extensive experience working with buyers, sellers, lenders, and realtors has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate landscape. Karen is dedicated to leveraging her knowledge and skills to assist clients in achieving their real estate goals.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Karen cherishes time spent with her daughter, granddaughter, and two mini Schnauzers, Snitzel and Spritzel. She enjoys reading, cooking, gardening, golfing, and is an avid fan of Major League Baseball, supporting both the Braves and the Rays.
