Karishma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and brings over ten years of experience in the luxury real estate sector of Houston. Her achievements include being recognized by the Houston Association of Realtors as one of the “20 under 40 in Real Estate” and by the National Association of Realtors as one of the “30 under 30 in Real Estate.” She has established herself as a prominent figure in the luxury real estate market in Houston and its surrounding areas.

Originally from India, Karishma credits her upbringing and family values as foundational to her success. Observing her father manage a business instilled in her the importance of hard work, determination, and integrity.

In 2004, Karishma relocated to Houston with her husband and business partner, Vic. They are currently raising their family in the West University neighborhood. Her close ties to the community provide her with valuable insights, allowing her to effectively assist clients looking to sell their homes in areas such as Bellaire, River Oaks, Heights, and West University. With her architectural background and in-depth knowledge of local markets, Karishma is adept at guiding sellers in preparing their homes for sale. Outside of her professional endeavors, Karishma enjoys spending quality time with her family, training for half marathons with her husband, exploring new dining options in West U, and engaging in Bollywood dance.
