Following graduation, Kate began a career with Kmart Corporation as an Apparel/Soft Lines Manager, gaining valuable experience across various locations in South Carolina, Alabama, and Georgia. After returning to Columbia as a Sales Representative for Furniture Manufacturers, [he/she/they] decided to settle down after years of travel.

In 1994, Kate embarked on a real estate career with Russell & Jeffcoat Realtors. Over the years, this firm merged with Coldwell Banker, another esteemed real estate company, allowing Kate to further enhance [his/her/their] expertise.
