Kathy Wilhelm has deep roots in the community, having moved to Shalimar at the age of two with her Air Force family. Her extensive familiarity with Okaloosa County is a significant asset to her clients. Kathy began her real estate career in 1977, joining her parents, Fred and Kathleen Bowman, in their family-owned real estate firm in Crestview. Since then, she has dedicated herself to the profession, establishing her residence in Crestview in 1983 with her husband, James.

Kate Beam, Kathy's daughter, is a graduate of the University of South Alabama, where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting on a volleyball scholarship. She furthered her education with a Master's Degree from Jacksonville State University. Recently, Kate returned to her hometown with her husband, who serves in the Alabama Army National Guard. Continuing the family legacy, she joined Team Wilhelm in January 2014, bringing a lifetime of experience in the real estate industry.
