Katharine “Katt” Watton carries forward her family's commitment to exceptional service in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Raised in a real estate environment as the daughter of a local agent, Katt developed a deep understanding of the industry from an early age. She pursued studies in child development and family life, which enhanced her natural ability to connect with others, particularly through her work in children’s ministry.

In 2009, Katt and her husband launched a home automation company, where she gained valuable experience in both residential and commercial real estate, including new construction projects. In 2016, she fulfilled her long-held aspiration of becoming a real estate agent. Her efforts quickly paid off, as she emerged as a top 10 producer in 2020 and 2021.
