About Kathe Jones

Kathe Jones relocated to the picturesque "Forgotten Coast" in April 1994, accompanied by her husband and their young child, with another on the way. Settling in Port St. Joe, she embraced the unique charm of small-town life, cherishing the freedom it provided for her children to explore their surroundings.

As her children entered school, Kathe transitioned into a career as a certified residential appraiser. However, the demands of the profession soon became overwhelming, prompting her to leave the field in favor of teaching at a local private school, where she could dedicate more time to her family.

Kathe's journey into real estate began after her children pursued their college education and she triumphed over cancer. This experience instilled in her a profound appreciation for life’s brevity and a desire to assist others. Transitioning from appraising to real estate, she found her true calling as a realtor.

Throughout her career, Kathe has had the honor of renting numerous properties to military families. This experience has deepened her understanding of the challenges faced by service members during relocations. As a result, she has committed herself to providing tailored support to military personnel navigating these transitions.
