Kathe Hustace, a Santa Barbara native, holds a degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. After dedicating two years to the Peace Corps, she moved to the Central Coast, where she has made a significant impact in the real estate sector since 1976. As a broker associate since 1984, Kathe has focused her expertise on residential properties with acreage, catering to first-time buyers, singles, and retirees in the North County of San Luis Obispo.

In addition to her professional commitments, Kathe actively contributes to her community as a volunteer with the Horse Emergency Evacuation Team (HEET). She is also involved with the Atascadero Horseman’s Club, the Atascadero Land Preservation Society (ALPS), and the North County Trails Association. An avid animal lover, her home is shared with five chickens, two dogs, eleven cats, a Morgan horse, two Mustangs, and a mule.
