Katie Connelly is a distinguished real estate professional with over three decades of experience in the Ventura and Los Angeles counties, including Port Hueneme, Oxnard, Thousand Oaks, and Downtown Los Angeles. Her extensive local knowledge and market insight uniquely position her to serve clients throughout Southern California effectively.

Beginning her career in agent support, recruitment, training, logistics, and planning, Katie obtained her real estate license in 2014. Since then, she has successfully managed over 100 transactions annually, gaining specialized expertise in a range of real estate dealings, from short sales and land investments to assisting first-time homebuyers and navigating contingent purchases. Her proficiency in diverse financing strategies further enhances her ability to meet client needs.

Motivated by her father's military service, Katie earned the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation, enabling her to assist military relocations and work with Veterans Affairs buyers. Additionally, she established a thriving property management division, broadening her service offerings.

Katie's extensive experience transcends conventional industry standards, providing her clients with invaluable insights gained from hundreds of negotiations and transactions. This depth of knowledge ensures her clients experience a seamless and informed real estate journey.

Beyond her client-focused work, Katie actively participates in leadership roles within the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors®. She currently serves as the director liaison for the Young Professionals Network and the Professional Standards Committee. In 2022, she was appointed as a statewide director for the California Association of Realtors®, where she champions public policy, diversity, and fair housing initiatives. Furthermore, she has been appointed by the Oxnard City Council to serve on the Oxnard Planning Commission through 2024.

Katie holds a bachelor’s degree in family and consumer sciences with a concentration in marketing from California State University, Northridge. Outside of her professional commitments, she enjoys reading, gardening, and volunteering at her daughter’s school.
