Having grown up in the construction and real estate business I have been a licensed real estate salesperson since 1982 my first year of college I chose real estate as a full-time career in 2001 when my youngest daughter was entering school It is a career that it is in my blood I have always loved anything and everything to do with real estate - whether reading about it researching it working on the extensive marketing and myriad administrative tasks in my business or working in the field with buyers and sellers I have a special flair for interior decorating and more importantly home staging and recently completed a designation course I firmly believe in staging for today's young buyers who will delete a listing if the photography is not beautiful A professional stager is part of my team as well as photographer and architect who draws floor plans I also have a roster of contractors attorneys home inspectors and other professionals with whom I work very closely Of course it is the buyers and sellers with whom I love working the most! I am a people person and without question the most rewarding part of my job is meeting and staying in touch with all of the wonderful people I have helped over the years who have also helped me to grow as a professional Realtor As a consistent top producer and Centurion award-winner I am a busy agent seven days a week all year long but I will always make time for every one of my clients no matter the price range I work hard to make the process of selling or buying a home as fun and stress-free as possible with constant communication and education about our constantly changing market I do not care about "stats" or my position among my colleagues and competitors I always work with your best interest in mind after all my primary goal is your happiness and later your referral!
