About Katherine Dunn

Kathy Dunn, a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience, is affiliated with Highlands Elite Real Estate in Cookeville. She has held significant leadership roles, including serving as the 2017 Division 2 Vice President for the Tennessee Association of REALTORS and as President of the Upper Cumberland Association of REALTORS (UCAR) from 2020 to 2021.

Throughout her career, Kathy has actively participated in various committees, currently co-chairing UCAR’s MLS committee and contributing to the RPAC/Governmental Affairs and Technology committees. A lifelong resident of Cookeville, Kathy is dedicated to her community. She serves as a chamber ambassador for the Cookeville Area-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of the Tennessee Tech Parents Association, Rotary, and Leadership Putnam. She and her husband, Tim, have two sons, Tyler and Tanner, along with a daughter-in-law, Anna.
