Katie's journey to Bella Vie Real Estate is both unique and compelling. Raised in Woodland, she pursued a bachelor's degree in leisure studies at the University of Oregon, where she enriched her education with a semester in France and another in New Zealand and Australia. Following her studies, she relocated to Hawaii, where she worked as a boat captain, guiding guests on scuba diving excursions and managing multi-day tours. This experience eventually led her to a role in selling oceanfront properties valued at $10 million.

However, after the birth of her first child, Katie felt a strong pull back to California. In 2004, she and her husband Sean returned to Woodland, where she began her career in residential real estate. With her diverse professional background, life experiences, and exceptional listening abilities, Katie effectively engages with a wide range of clients, from CEOs to first-time homebuyers, ensuring a premium experience for all. Her deep-rooted knowledge of the local market, coupled with her service on the Yolo County Board of Realtors®, enhances her expertise.

Outside of her real estate endeavors, Katie enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including hunting, fly fishing, horseback riding, and skiing. She also participates in water sports, golf, and tennis, cherishing quality time with her husband and their children, Grace and Gannon.
