She joined Streamline after a notable 19-year tenure at Taylor Properties in Chevy Chase, DC, where she initially managed the company's entire portfolio before shifting her focus to leasing as the firm expanded.

Before her time at Taylor Properties, Kathy served as Leasing Manager at Phillips Leasing, a subsidiary of Frank S. Phillips in Bethesda, MD, for 16 years.
