About Kathleen Boyd

In 2006, licensed sales agents Kathleen Boyd and Marybeth Eckhardt united their expertise in real estate marketing, advertising, and sales to establish Boyd Eckhardt Partners. Since then, they have successfully facilitated over $500 million in real estate transactions. Their achievements have garnered recognition from prestigious organizations, including The Wall Street Journal, which named them one of New Jersey's top teams, as well as Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate and Sotheby’s, which honored them as the “Top Team of 2020.”

Kathleen Boyd previously served as Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations for News Digital Media, a pioneering technology firm in New York. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in launching significant websites and advancing digital content and multi-platform marketing strategies. Kathleen earned her BA from Villanova University and lived in Chatham for a decade before relocating to Madison with her family. She is currently the president of the board for Covenant House NJ and actively volunteers at a crisis center in Newark.

Marybeth Eckhardt brings 15 years of experience from a national broadcasting company, where she gained valuable insights in sales, marketing, and management across major cities including New York, Washington, D.C., Chicago, and San Francisco. As Vice President and General Sales Manager, she led a national sales team responsible for generating over $300 million in annual advertising revenue. Marybeth holds a BA in Communication and Journalism from West Virginia University and has served as co-President of the Kings Road PTO. She is also involved with the MHS PTO, volunteers for Dress for Success, and sits on the board of Covenant House NJ.

Kristen joined the Boyd Eckhardt Team in 2019, bringing a wealth of experience in real estate development, sales, and investments. As a buyer's agent, she provides clients with a tailored home search experience, leveraging her extensive knowledge of local towns, schools, and communities. Kristen holds a BA from the University of Vermont and has resided in Chatham for 20 years with her husband and four daughters.

Whether representing buyers or sellers, Boyd Eckhardt Partners is committed to exceeding client expectations through their deep industry knowledge and professionalism, honed over years of successful practice.

If you need to reach working real estate agents in Morris County, New Jersey, this list was built for you. Mortgage lenders, title companies, PropTech platforms, insurance providers, continuing education companies, and recruiters all rely on targeted agent data to drive outreach campaigns that actually connect with licensed professionals in the field. Generic business directories and scraped contact files waste your budget — this list puts you directly in front of the people making deals happen in one of New Jersey's most active counties.

When you buy Morris County real estate agent email list data from Dr Bill, you receive contact records for {{AGENT_COUNT}} actively licensed agents with verified email addresses, plus {{CELL_COUNT}} agents who also have cell phone numbers on file. Whether you are a loan officer building a referral pipeline, a SaaS company selling broker tools, or a recruiter looking to expand a brokerage team, this list gives you a focused, ready-to-use audience without the noise of a statewide pull.

Why Buy a Morris County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Every record in this list is sourced directly from the New Jersey state real estate licensing board, so you are working with verified, actively licensed professionals — not expired licenses or inactive contacts pulled from aggregator sites. New emails are added weekly, the full list is cleaned monthly, and the entire database is refreshed bi-annually. That discipline is why Dr Bill guarantees 96% deliverability, a benchmark that cheap alternatives on data reseller marketplaces simply cannot match.

Dr Bill has been in the data business since 2005 and has sold over 31,000 lists across the country. That track record means the quality control processes are proven, not experimental. When you drop this list into a cold-email platform like Zap Contact at zapcontact.com or a similar outreach tool, you will see the difference in open rates and bounce performance immediately compared to what most vendors deliver.

How to Use This Morris County Agent List

The most direct use is cold email outreach through a dedicated sending platform. Tools like Zap Contact are designed specifically for cold email at scale, letting you sequence messages, track replies, and manage deliverability without risking your primary domain. You can also use the mailing addresses for direct mail campaigns or the cell phone numbers for SMS or call-based outreach, giving you multiple touchpoints with the same verified contact.

For sharper targeting, the list can be segmented by broker versus sales agent designation, letting you tailor your message to decision-makers separately from individual producers. You can also match records against LinkedIn for warm introductions before your first email lands. No other vendor offers this data sliced down to the zip code level within Morris County — that granularity lets you focus spend on specific towns rather than paying for coverage you do not need.

Why Morris County, New Jersey Agent Data Matters

Morris County spans a wide range of active real estate markets, from Morristown and Parsippany-Troy Hills to Madison, Florham Park, Rockaway, and Denville. These are distinct communities with different buyer profiles and agent concentrations, and a statewide New Jersey list forces you to compete for attention across hundreds of irrelevant markets. With {{AGENT_COUNT}} licensed agents concentrated in this single county, your outreach budget goes further and your message lands with people who work the exact territory you care about.

Local targeting is not just about geography — it is about relevance. An agent in Chatham operates in a different environment than one in Dover, and being able to address Morris County professionals specifically makes your pitch more credible and more likely to earn a response. Whether you are offering a mortgage product, a technology solution, an insurance policy, or a licensing course, speaking to agents in their own market signals that you understand their business and are not simply blasting a mass list.
