Kathy Schlegel has been a dedicated REALTOR since 1990, focusing on the sales and marketing of residential properties in Marin County. She is highly regarded by both clients and colleagues, having received several prestigious accolades, including REALTOR of the Year from the Marin Women's Council of Realtors and Entrepreneur of the Year. Kathy has also served as President of the Marin Association of Realtors and has been an active board member, contributing to the Education and Budget Committees for many years. Her involvement extends to the California Association of Realtors, where she has also held a board position.

Before embarking on her successful real estate career, Kathy gained valuable experience in the finance sector, working as an Investment Banker at Morgan Guaranty Trust Co. in New York City and as a Commercial Lender for the Bank of Montreal in San Francisco. Additionally, she served as Manager of Project Finance for the US Synthetic Fuels Corporation in Washington, D.C.

Kathy is deeply committed to her community, having served on the Board of Directors for the Pacheco Valle Masters Association and as a graduate of the San Rafael Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute. Her leadership experience also includes significant roles at the Episcopal Church of the Nativity in San Rafael.
