About Kathleen Healy

Kathy Ryan Healy brings a wealth of real estate knowledge and experience, having been immersed in the industry from a young age. Growing up in a family of Realtors, she was inspired by her mother, Margaret Ryan, who was a leading agent in Aurora for four decades before her retirement.

A lifelong resident of Aurora, Kathy attended Rosary High School and later pursued her studies at Illinois State University. She began her real estate career in 1988 but took a hiatus to focus on raising her three sons. After her youngest entered school, Kathy returned to the field as a full-time Realtor.

For over 30 years, Kathy and her husband have made their home in the Aurora University neighborhood, where they are active members of the community. Her dedication to her clients has earned her recognition as a "Five Star Agent" in Chicago Magazine for the past five years, a distinction awarded to the top two percent of agents based on client satisfaction.

Kathy is also committed to giving back to her community. She currently volunteers at the Holy Angels Food Pantry and Hesed House, serves on the board of directors for The Healy Chapel Funeral Home, and is a member of the Tuesday Garden Club.
