Shields Richardson and his wife are the Owners and Managers of Mammoth Village Properties, situated in The Village of Mammoth. The brokerage was established following the completion of The Westin Monache by Intrawest Development, the project's master developer. Since its inception, the firm has broadened its services to encompass the entire Eastern Sierra region, offering a diverse portfolio that includes lots, commercial properties, residential homes, fractional ownerships, and condominiums.

With a background rooted in Pacific Palisades, the agent attended World Campus Afloat and later the University of Southern California. After raising three daughters in Rancho Santa Fe, she founded the Coast Volleyball Club in San Diego before relocating to the Sierra Nevada. For the past two decades, she has resided in Mammoth full-time, where she enjoys a variety of outdoor pursuits, including horseback riding, golfing, hiking, and skiing.
