Kathleen's affinity for real estate is deeply rooted in her family background. Raised in San Francisco, she was influenced by her father, who served as President of Northern Counties Title Corporation, along with several relatives who also worked in the industry. Before transitioning to real estate, Kathleen spent seven years in inside sales at IBM, ultimately seeking the flexibility and opportunities that a career in real estate could offer. Additionally, her ownership of AA Notary & Signing Service allows her to provide comprehensive support to her clients during and after the closing process.

In 1982, shortly after obtaining her real estate license, Kathleen relocated to Petaluma, a community she cherishes for its affordability and family-friendly environment. While her three sons were in school, she actively participated in local organizations, including the Petaluma Valley Little League and the Casa Grande High School Booster Club, as well as initiatives within the Petaluma and Old Adobe School Districts. Now married for over forty years to Joe, a teamster, Kathleen dedicates her time to the Petaluma Elks Lodge and enjoys spending time with her two young grandchildren. The family also cherishes their annual trips to Scottsdale, Arizona, for spring training.
