At the age of 18, she began her coaching career while pursuing a degree in Physical Education. Her dedication to coaching and teaching spanned many years before she joined her husband in expanding their jet ski rental business. Together, they have successfully operated their ventures in Carolina Beach and Topsail Island for over a decade.
