Katti Battaglia, originally from a small farming community in Connecticut, embarked on a new chapter in her life after completing her Bachelor's degree in Psychobiology. Seeking the vibrancy of urban living, she relocated to New York City with her husband to start a family. However, after a few years, she recognized that city life did not align with her family's aspirations. This realization prompted her to explore new opportunities for a more suitable environment.

In the summer of 2019, Katti and her family visited the Raleigh area. Their exploration of the region was filled with enjoyable experiences, leading them to fall in love with the community. It was during this visit that they decided to make Raleigh their new home.

Katti's academic background has equipped her with a unique ability to understand her clients' emotions, enhancing their buying and selling experiences. Her prior professional experience in customer service within the veterinary field, along with her role as a therapeutic riding instructor for individuals with disabilities, has further honed her empathetic approach and problem-solving skills—qualities she now applies in her real estate practice.

Residing in the Triangle Area, Katti shares her home with her husband, three children, and several pets. In her leisure time, she enjoys horseback riding, volunteering, and engaging in playful NERF gun battles with her family.
