Katy Cowley is a dedicated broker and Realtor® with a deep-rooted passion for real estate. A lifelong resident of Santa Cruz County, she grew up on the West Side and currently resides in the picturesque Mt. Madonna foothills.

Having navigated multiple real estate transactions as a property owner in both California and Hawaii, Katy leverages her extensive personal and professional experience to guide clients through the buying and selling process. Her strong project management skills, combined with her commitment to ethics, patience, and interpersonal communication, ensure a seamless experience for her clients.

Katy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Sonoma State University and is both a licensed Aquatic Fitness Professional and a licensed California Real Estate Broker. For the past decade, she has worked as a Professional Project Manager for a publicly listed company while managing her own real estate investments.

In her leisure time, Katy enjoys the outdoors with her husband, Philip, and their labradoodle, Toby. She often shares meals with her family, including her parents, twin sister, and in-laws, who all reside in Santa Cruz County. Her hobbies include gardening, cooking, swimming, wakeboarding, offshore fishing, and sailing. Notably, in 2013, Katy embarked on a remarkable journey, sailing from Santa Cruz to Hawaii and onward to the Tuamotus in French Polynesia.
