Keianna Washington Carty, originally from Montgomery, Alabama, has been a resident of the Tampa, Florida area since 2007. After her relocation, she advanced her career in banking, serving as Vice President at Colonial Bank, now known as Branch Banking and Trust. Over her 18-year tenure in the banking sector, Keianna gained expertise in various fields, including Consumer Debt Collections, Commercial Litigation, Credit Risk Management, and Problem Loan Administration/Commercial Asset Management. Her contributions earned her numerous accolades and leadership roles. In 2017, Keianna transitioned from banking to pursue her entrepreneurial aspirations.

Keianna holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Banking and a Master of Business Administration from Troy University. She is an active member of the National Association of Realtors®, the Florida Realtors® Association, and the Greater Tampa Realtors®.
