Keith Hittner is a Real Estate Broker a C P A and the founding father of The Hittner Group Keith has a B A in finance math and accounting from St Mary’s University and is a certified public accountant He currently specializes in the areas of move up home buyers and sellers

In 1993 Keith decided to take a unique approach to helping people and translated his philosophy into action by forming the Hittner Group

Keith has also served on the Minnesota Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee where he worked to insure that the Realtor Code of Ethics is under stood and strictly adhered to As a member of the Professional Standards Committee he heard complaints and render opinions regarding enforcement actions surrounding Realtor adherence to our professional code of conduct

Keith served on the examination review committee for the Minnesota Department of Commerce The committee is responsible for the writing of the Minnesota Real Estate Examination and reviews the examination periodically to ensure that test questions are performing in accordance with acceptable parameters This insures that new licensees are being tested on the relevant aspects of Minnesota Real Estate Law and have a working knowledge of that area of law

Keith is a former owner of a medium sized independent real estate company His company grew from 8 agents to over 250 agents in 5 offices The company was sold to Coldwell Banker Burnet in 2008 and it is there that the Hittner Group operates from
