About Kelley Ayers

Kelley Ann is a fifth-generation Floridian hailing from the Tampa Bay area, where she has spent most of her life along the waterfront. She began her real estate journey as an assistant to one of Sarasota County's top-performing real estate teams, led by her parents, Annette and Albert Ayers, who are affiliated with Michael Saunders & Company. This invaluable experience allowed Kelley Ann to gain insights from seasoned professionals, and over the past decade, she has successfully closed over $150 million in transactions, primarily focusing on residential waterfront properties in Casey Key.

In January 2004, Kelley Ann made a significant impact in the Englewood commercial real estate market with the sale of "George’s Car Wash," now known as "The Englewood Car Wash." Her extensive knowledge, combined with her engaging personality, has infused the local real estate landscape with enthusiasm and expertise.

In the fall of 2006, Kelley Ann expanded her reach by launching a weekly radio show, "The Sale Pending Show," which aired live on Saturday afternoons and featured encore presentations on Sundays. The program provided listeners with market updates, tax reform news, and insights from distinguished guests, all aimed at educating buyers and sellers. Her signature tagline, "Let's Get You Sale Pending," resonated with many in the community.

Kelley Ann's influence extended beyond the airwaves; in the fall of 2007, she addressed the State of Florida Taxation and Budget Reform Commission. Following her presentation, reporters from The Sarasota Herald Tribune recognized her as a "Tax Reform Activist," leading to a feature article titled "Real Estate Chat" with Kelley Ann Ayers.

In 2011, Kelley Ann received the prestigious EXCELLENCE AWARD from Exit Florida Realty, and in May of this year, she ranked second in sales among 3,500 Exit Florida real estate agents.

Active in her community, Kelley Ann serves as a Trustee of the Beach for South Venice, overseeing assets valued at over $10 million. She is also on the Board of Directors for the South Venice Beach Civic Association and currently holds the position of President.

Before transitioning to real estate, Kelley Ann owned and operated a landscape design and contracting firm in Madeira Beach, Florida. She began her career in the family retail business after graduating from college, before moving to the beach to pursue her passion for landscaping.

In her leisure time, Kelley Ann enjoys golfing, playing tennis, gardening, and exploring the inland waterways in her Boston Whaler alongside her Chocolate Lab, Gidget.
