Kelli Potts, a Cincinnati native, cultivated a strong sense of community from an early age, influenced by her supportive family. Her work ethic was evident as she began her first job before reaching her teenage years. After completing high school, Kelli relocated to the Colorado mountains, where her enthusiasm for the outdoors flourished. She embraced a lifestyle that seamlessly integrated work and adventure, taking on various outdoor roles while indulging in activities such as hiking and snowboarding.

In 2010, Kelli made the pivotal decision to move to Lake Tahoe, instantly recognizing it as her permanent residence. She re-entered the food and beverage industry, assuming a managerial position at a Forbes-rated restaurant, where she honed her guest service and leadership abilities. Kelli also committed herself to community involvement, actively participating with local nonprofits, including the League to Save Lake Tahoe and the Boys and Girls Club of Lake Tahoe.

Driven by her passion for community service and a desire to assist others, Kelli pursued her real estate license. She is now licensed in both Nevada and California, specializing in the Lake Tahoe Basin as well as the surrounding areas of Minden, Gardnerville, and Carson City.
