With a solid foundation in information technology, this real estate professional transitioned to the industry in April 2001, obtaining their real estate license. After achieving notable success in assisting both buyers and sellers, they joined the management team in November 2004. During their tenure, they played a pivotal role in expanding the office from 43 to 95 agents and oversaw the development of a new office in Mason.

In January 2012, they took on the challenge of managing a smaller office. While the growth in agent numbers was modest, the increase in production and profitability was remarkable. They introduced innovative technology, welcomed new team members, remodeled the office space, and implemented a paperless environment. Over 14 years in management, they have guided numerous agents in building their businesses through various market conditions.

In September 2017, seeking further professional growth, they pursued broker classes in Ohio. After extensive study, they successfully obtained their Ohio Broker's License in August 2018.
