Kellie is a dedicated Realtor with deep ties to Sacramento, where she has lived her entire life. Growing up in Land Park and attending local schools, she later pursued higher education at UC San Diego, earning both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts degree. Following her graduation, Kellie taught at Mesa Community College, fostering her enduring passion for education. In 2005, she returned to Sacramento, obtained her real estate license, and began her career as a full-time Realtor with Dunnigan Realtors.

Kellie quickly discovered her enthusiasm for real estate, enjoying the opportunity to assist both buyers and sellers through the intricacies of property transactions. Whether she is educating first-time homebuyers, negotiating favorable terms for sellers, or advising investors, Kellie approaches each situation with integrity, effective communication, and a strong work ethic. Her dedication to her clients and the industry earned her a position in the Sacramento Association of Realtors Masters Club in 2008, a distinction she has maintained, achieving Outstanding Life Membership in 2018 and serving as the group’s President in 2016.

An active member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors, Kellie has contributed to various committees and served on the Board of Directors. In 2019, she was elected Secretary Treasurer of the Association. Her accolades include the “Rising Star” Award in 2011 and the “Realtor of the Year” Award in 2015. Additionally, she has represented her peers at the state level as a Director for the California Association of Realtors since 2014, believing that her involvement keeps her informed about the latest trends and challenges in the real estate market.

Outside of her professional commitments, Kellie enjoys spending time with her two sons, walking her dog in Land Park, playing soccer, and dining with family and friends at local restaurants, breweries, or wineries.
