About Kelly Bishop

Kelly is deeply rooted in family values, with her husband Mike, a veteran of the U.S. Navy, contributing his expertise as a real estate photographer specializing in both interior and exterior shots, as well as drone photography. Currently pursuing a business degree at Grayson College, Mike and Kelly celebrate 18 years of marriage this coming March.

Their son, Joseph, is a freshman at Van Alstyne High School, displaying a strong affinity for technology, much like his father, suggesting a future career in the tech industry. Their daughter, Serah, attends Van Alstyne Middle School, where she excels academically and participates in both club and school volleyball. Serah aspires to become an adolescent social worker, reflecting her compassionate nature.

The family shares their home with two dogs, Hazel and Tyler, who add joy and energy to their lives.

In addition to her family, Kelly is passionate about her career as a REALTOR®. With four years of experience, she transitioned to real estate full-time after Mike was laid off from his position in the international oil sector due to pandemic-related travel restrictions. Her approach to real estate is rooted in service rather than sales, a philosophy that distinguishes her from many in the field.

Kelly has a particular affinity for assisting first-time homebuyers, relishing the moment they receive the keys to their new homes. She also enjoys working with retirees, helping them envision their ideal golden years filled with family visits and local activities.

While she acknowledges that technology is her greatest challenge, she is grateful for Mike's support in navigating complex technical issues.

In August 2020, Kelly joined Easy Life Realty, a family-owned brokerage, after spending two years with a national chain. The collaborative environment at Easy Life Realty has significantly boosted her confidence and appreciation for her work. The brokerage has consistently ranked #1 in five different real estate categories in Grayson County.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Kelly is actively involved in her community, serving on the board of “Keep Van Alstyne Beautiful” and participating in her church’s monthly food distribution efforts. She is dedicated to finding the perfect home and community for her clients and looks forward to assisting them in their real estate journeys.

If you need to reach working real estate agents in Collin County, Texas, this list was built for you. Mortgage lenders use it to connect with agents who can refer buyers. Title companies use it to pitch closing services. PropTech companies use it to demo software. Recruiters use it to poach top producers. Insurance providers use it to offer E&O and life products. Continuing education providers use it to fill courses. Whatever your angle, the common thread is the same: you need verified contact data for active, licensed agents — not a spreadsheet full of expired licenses and dead emails.

When you buy Collin County real estate agent email list data from Dr. Bill, you get {{AGENT_COUNT}} actively licensed agents with verified email addresses, plus {{CELL_COUNT}} agents who also have cell phone numbers on file. That combination opens the door to email campaigns, SMS outreach, and direct dial — all from a single purchase.

Why Buy a Collin County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Every record in this list is sourced directly from the Texas Real Estate Commission, the official state licensing board. That means you are not buying recycled data scraped from listing sites or aggregated from outdated directories. New emails are added weekly, the full list is cleaned monthly, and the entire database is refreshed bi-annually. The result is a 96% deliverability guarantee — a number cheap list vendors cannot offer because they do not do the maintenance work. Dr. Bill has been selling real estate agent lists since 2005 and has completed over 31,000 list sales. That track record is not an accident.

Deliverability matters because cold-email platforms like Zap Contact (zapcontact.com) will flag or suspend accounts tied to high bounce rates. When you load a clean, verified list into your sending platform, your domain reputation stays intact, your open rates stay healthy, and your campaign actually reaches inboxes. Saving twenty dollars on a cheaper list and then burning your sending domain is not a trade worth making.

How to Use This Collin County Agent List

The most common use is a direct email campaign built inside a cold-email platform. Load the list, write a tight offer, and let automation handle follow-up sequences. But the data works across other channels too. Use the mailing addresses for direct mail drops. Use the cell phone numbers for SMS campaigns or direct dial. Upload the emails into LinkedIn for audience matching and run paid ads alongside your email sequence for compounding reach.

The list also lets you segment before you send. Broker-owners respond to different messaging than sales agents. Filtering by license type before you write a single subject line will lift your response rate immediately.

Why Collin County, Texas Agent Data Matters

Collin County covers a dense cluster of high-activity markets including Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, Celina, and Wylie. These are not slow suburban markets — they are among the fastest-growing communities in the entire state, and the agent population reflects that. With {{AGENT_COUNT}} licensed agents operating inside the county, there is a real, addressable audience worth reaching with a targeted message.

No other vendor sells Collin County agent data segmented to the zip code level. Most competitors offer Texas statewide files or Dallas metro bundles that dilute your spend across agents who are nowhere near your service area. Dr. Bill lets you target by state, county, city, or individual zip code, so your list matches your territory exactly — not approximately.
