Kelly, a native of Northeast Ohio, possesses a Master’s degree in Business Administration. In 2010, she and her husband relocated to Clermont, Florida, where she embarked on her real estate journey in 2014. Outside of her professional commitments, Kelly cherishes quality time with her husband and their three children: Addison, Greyson, and AJ.

In 2021, Kelly and her husband established The French Family Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting families in their community with children who have disabilities or who are in the process of adoption. Her commitment to community service extends to her previous volunteer work with the Special Olympics and her role as a board member of the Central Florida Dreamplex. After a decade of service, she and her husband recently concluded their tenure as Awana commanders at their church.
