I know a thing or two because I have been through a thing or two Leased a home bought a 3rd home in a bad market and had a horrible money hungry Agent Leased our home evicted the tenant for non-payment and destruction of property and was foreclosure on (due to a balloon loan that we did not quite understand) this lender is no longer in business Lost our jobs and short saled our 4th home Filed bankruptcy and have gone through credit repair My experiences have taught me a lot about Real Estate and how to guide educate and advise my clients for the best possible outcome
