Before earning her Broker’s license in 2005, Kelly spent 15 years at one of Santa Barbara’s premier law firms, where she consistently excelled. She emphasizes, “My focus is entirely on understanding and addressing my clients’ needs. Just as in law, my real estate clients benefit from my extensive knowledge, diligence, and preparation. Outside of her professional endeavors, Kelly actively contributes her expertise and resources to the Scholarship Foundation of Santa Barbara and the Legal Aid Foundation of Santa Barbara, where she serves on the governing board. “My education and legal experience have profoundly shaped my life, and I feel a strong obligation to give back to the community that has supported me. I am passionate about helping local students achieve their educational goals and ensuring that vulnerable populations have access to justice,” she states.

Originally from coastal Maine, Kelly earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Bucknell University before relocating to California in 1985. She later obtained her law degree with a focus on business tax and real estate. Now a resident of Santa Barbara for over 30 years, Kelly enjoys early morning hikes in the foothills with her dogs and spending time on the ocean with her husband, Mike. She is also a proud parent of a student at Bowdoin College.
