Kemp Nash, a seasoned real estate professional, was born in Columbia, South Carolina, in 1969 and relocated to North Myrtle Beach in 1974. He completed his education at Coastal Academy, graduating in 1987, and later earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina in 1993.

Kemp began his real estate career in 1992 with Century 21 Coastal Carolina Properties, where he initially focused on sales. His expertise soon led him to manage the Rental Department, where he specialized in both annual and resort rentals. In 2002, he took ownership of the Rental Department, and by November 2003, he had advanced to the role of Broker-in-Charge and became a part-owner of Century 21 Coastal Lifestyles.
