In 2007, Mr. Meierling transitioned to the real estate sector, relocating to Jupiter, Florida, where he established the first Engel & Völkers property shop on the East Coast. His background in structuring multi-million dollar transactions equips him with a global perspective and sharp business insights. Known for his meticulous approach and commitment to quality, he thrives on the complexities of deal-making.

Among his notable achievements, Mr. Meierling successfully negotiated the sale of the highest-priced residential property on Jupiter Island for $38 million, completing the transaction within seven months. In 2012, he was exclusively retained by Rockwood Capital to oversee the divestiture of the Hobe Sound Polo Club, a 50-unit equestrian community valued at over $30 million, which successfully changed ownership in September 2013.
