Kendall earned her Bachelor's Degree in Charleston, South Carolina, before relocating to Chicago, where she pursued a Graduate Degree. During her time away, she observed significant growth and transformation in her hometown of Greenville, South Carolina. This prompted her decision to return to Greenville, allowing her to reconnect with family, friends, and the community she cherished.

In 2013, Kendall embarked on a career in real estate, discovering a profound passion for the industry and its impact on her life.
