Ken Blevins serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Metrowest Real Estate Services, bringing over 25 years of expertise in mortgage and default servicing. His extensive background encompasses real estate asset management, foreclosure and bankruptcy processes, loss mitigation, and the disposition of real estate-owned (REO) properties.

As a co-founder of Metrowest in 2003, Ken took on the role of CEO in January 2014, where he is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing daily operations.

With 15 years of hands-on experience in REO asset management, Ken has successfully managed significant national REO disposition contracts for prominent institutions, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase, CitiFinancial, and GMAC Mortgage.
